The service is not directed or intended for individuals under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect or solicit information from them. If we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 16, we will take steps to immediately delete such user’s Personal Data. 9) TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA
We may store or process your information in the EU, United States or in other countries. Thus, any information you provide us may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country from which you accessed our Website.  We will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of data protection upon its transfer. When Personal Data that was collected within the EU is transferred outside the EU (and not to a recipient in a country that the European Commission has decided provides adequate protection) it shall be transferred under the provisions of the Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCC”) approved by the European Union. 10)  DATA CONTROLLER/DATA PROCESSOR
Certain data protection laws and regulations such as the GDPR or the CCPA, typically distinguish between two main roles for parties processing personal data: the “Data Controller” (or under the CCPA the “business”) who determines the purposes and means of processing; and the “Data Processor” (or under the CCPA the “service provider”), who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. Below we explain how these roles apply to the services of our Website, to the extent that such laws and regulations apply.
TrendExposed is the “Data Controller” of its readers‘ personal data and with respect to which, assumes the responsibilities of Data Controller (solely to the extent applicable under law), as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Where our Service Providers only process personal data on TrendExposed’s behalf, they will be deemed as “Data Processors”. However, on certain occasions, i.e. when personal data is being shared with our advertisers, as listed in  'Sharing Data With Third Parties' Section  above, such advertiser shall be deemed as the “Data Controller” of your personal data and will process such data as an independent “Data Controller”. The advertiser will be responsible for meeting any legal requirements applicable to Data Controllers (such as establishing a legal basis for processing and responding to Data Subject Rights requests concerning the data they control).

TrendExposed’s operator, Kueez Entertainment Ltd., has appointed a Data Protection Officer, for monitoring and advising on our ongoing privacy compliance efforts, and serving as a point of contact on privacy matters for data subjects and supervisory authorities. 12) EU REPRESENTATIVE
Kueez Entertainment Ltd. has designated Dr. Andreas Mätzler as its representative in the European Union for data protection matters, pursuant to Article 27 of the GDPR. If you are a GDPR-protected individual, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority. 

13) AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy which will go into effect immediately upon the implementation of the revised Privacy Policy on our Website. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you in the event that we implement any changes that substantially changes our privacy practices.
